Biography
Trevor Williamson James is a results-driven leader whose life reflects faith, service, and delivery. Born in Belle Garden as the youngest of thirteen, he understands resilience, hard work, and the importance of community upliftment.
With a Master's in Construction Project Management and over 17 years of service, Trevor has played a key role in transforming Tobago's physical and social landscape. He is widely known for turning neglected dirt tracks into roads-cutting through red tape to connect communities, restore dignity, and create opportunity where it had long been denied.
As Secretary of Infrastructure, Trevor led island-wide projects in roads, drainage, and community employment, proving that leadership is measured by outcomes, not promises. His work reflects a balance of technical expertise, empathy, and hands-on commitment to people.
Grounded in faith and family, Trevor remains a strong advocate for Scarborough/Mt. Grace and Tobago's right to shape its own future.
