Biography
Niketa Raymond "Bounty" Percy is a proud son of Bon Accord and Crown Point, shaped by a strong family legacy rooted in service, faith, and community leadership. Raised among village advocates, educators, entrepreneurs, and cultural bearers, he learned early that true leadership is not about position, but about service to people.
A committed member of the Nazarene Church, Niketa has served as Youth President, leading the largest youth body in the church's history with a focus on spiritual development, skills-building, and community service. His leadership has always been grounded in values, discipline, and responsibility.
Beyond the church, Niketa's service extends through sport and culture. He has proudly represented Bon Accord as a member of the Phoenix Football Club and the Potts Drumming Group, sharing Tobago's cultural heritage both locally and internationally. His work reflects a deep respect for identity, teamwork, and national pride.
Niketa remains closely connected to the grassroots of his community. He actively engages with reef and fishing groups at Pigeon Point and Store Bay, ensuring that environmental stewardship, sustainable livelihoods, and coastal protection remain central to development planning.
