Biography
Nathisha "Nathie" Charles-Pantin is a proud daughter of Cocoa-Watty Trace, Mason Hall, and a leader widely respected and deeply loved across Mason Hall South and Bagatelle. Her life and leadership reflect consistency, competence, and a strong commitment to community.
Her academic journey-from the Eastern Caribbean Institute of Agriculture and Forestry, to a scholarship at the University of Edinburgh, and a Master's in Public Health from the University of Liverpool-speaks to a lifelong dedication to excellence, service, and inclusion.
With over 17 years of public service, Nathie has brought her expertise home to Tobago, making history as the first female Secretary of the Division of Food Security, Natural Resources, the Environment, and Sustainable Development. In this role, she has championed youth empowerment, environmental stewardship, and community-led development-always ensuring leadership listens, cares, and delivers.
Known for her accessibility, empathy, and steady leadership, Nathie is committed to building a greener, safer, and more inclusive Tobago, with expanded opportunities for young people and families.
