Biography
Megan Cecily Morrison is a proud daughter of Mt. St. George whose life has been shaped by service, culture, faith, and deep community pride. Raised on strong values of discipline, tradition, and responsibility, she has spent her life uplifting those around her and strengthening the communities she serves.
From her early involvement with the Mt. St. George Youth Organisation to leadership within the Village Council, Megan has consistently stood at the centre of community empowerment, advocacy, and grassroots development.
Her cultural journey has been a defining pillar of her service. Mentored by the late cultural icon Rawle "Axe Back" Titus, Megan emerged as one of Tobago's most respected pageant chaperones and mentors to young women. For over 15 years, her artistic and cultural leadership has helped represent Tobago with distinction on national and international stages.
Professionally, Megan brings more than 21 years of experience in the Public Service, complemented by an MBA in Marketing. Her work has spanned three key divisions of the Tobago House of Assembly-Tourism, Health and Social Protection and Community and Youth Development, where she has championed people-centred development, dignity, opportunity, and inclusive growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Megan is a mother, a nurturer, a strong advocate for agriculture, and a committed voice for Tobago's future. She is known for her ability to lead with empathy while remaining focused on practical solutions that improve everyday life.
As the Tobago People's Party candidate and continuing Area Representative for Mt. St. George / Goodwood, Megan Cecily Morrison remains guided by a simple but powerful belief: we rise together.
